The bakery is expanding south of the river
After debuting Moi et Toi in Notting Hill earlier this year, Gunpowder and Empire Empire founder Harneet Baweja and chef-restaurateur Edward Delling Williams (Le Grand Bain, Paris) are bringing their bakery concept to Tower Bridge on 1st December. Moi et Toi will open from 8am to 12pm at Gunpowder, serving Monmouth coffee, seasonal sarnies and a range of pastries, for both dine-in and takeaway, including:
- pistachio and chocolate escargot
- brown butter pecan tart
- Kouign Amann
- morning buns
- Linzer cookies
- pain au chocolat
- parmesan and pesto twist
- fig, walnut and parma ham danish
From 12pm, the space will flip back into Gunpowder for lunch and dinner, where Moi et Toi desserts, based on one of the ten spices that make up the restaurant’s signature spice blend, like nutmeg rice rum baba and cardamom blueberry bakewell, will be on the menu.
