Keu is coming to London Bridge

It’ll be the fourth Kêu site in the capital

The Vietnamese Group, which also operates Cay Tre and Viet Grill in Shoreditch, already has three Kêu locations in town, in the City, Shoredtich and Soho, and now it’s going south of the river and opening a fourth in London Bridge. Taking over the old Patty & Bun site, this two-floor Kêu will have a bigger menu and longer opening hours than the other sites, taking inspo from Vietnam’s late-night noodle bars and the street food of Saigon.

The banh mi that Kêu has become most well-known for won’t be going anywhere, including the bánh mì Hội An (wit pork ham, spiced pork belly, chicken liver pâté and Hội An’s special pâté sauce) and the bánh mì thịt nướng (with honey-glazed pork shoulder and flavours of lemongrass and five spices), so there’ll be lots to grab and go.

If you’re planning to sit in, you’ll be able to watch noodles being hand-pulled and tuck into a range of bowls, like Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang (rice noodles with pork and prawn) and Mỳ Vằn Thắn Thơm (pork wonton noodle soup), along with traditional Vietnamese coffee, Saigon lime soda and a range of beers.
