Burns Night Dinner at Carousel
For the third year in a row, Tomás Gormley (of Michelin-starred Heron in Edinburgh) will return to Carousel for Burns Night at the Fitzrovia residency space to show off his latest solo venture, Cardinal. He’ll be cooking up a contemporary Scottish menu that showcases the very best of Scottish produce – expect dishes like Sea Trout with taramasalata, whisky ponzu and blood orange; and a showstopping Belhaven lobster tail.

Burns Night at Mount St. Restaurant
Mount St. Restaurant is going all out this year, serving up an exceptional 4 course Scottish menu in the five days leading up to and on Burns Night itself. Burns Night at The Sun Tavern
