If you’ve always wanted to experience the atmosphere of a baseball game but haven’t made it Stateside to catch one, you’re in luck this weekend because Major League Baseball is landing in London. Taking over Hackney Bridge from Fri 1st to Sun 3rd August, the free-to-attend MLB Hackney Bridge Takeover will give you the chance to experience the sights, sounds and smells of a baseball game right here in the capital.
As well as featuring zones dedicated to the sport’s most iconic teams, like the Dodgers, Giants, Red Sox and Yankees, the fan festival will be packed to the rafters with interactive games, batting cages, giveaways, team merch, live game screenings, baseball-themed food and drink, baseball movie showings, appearances from special guests and more. So whether you’re a longtime MLB fan or a baseball newbie, this three-day fan festival has all bases covered.
