An ex-Manteca chef is opening Casa Felicia in Queen’s Park

Casa Felicia will be inspired by Naples

After opening Elephant Hackney, a southern Italian restaurant specialising in Neapolitan pizza, in Clapton earlier this summer, chef Francesco Sarvonio (ex-Manteca, Giacco’s and Oranj) is heading north west for his next spot. Led by BO&CO founder Romain Bourrillon, Casa Felicia, opening in Queen’s Park this October, will reflect Francesco’s Neapolitan heritage as well as showcase dishes from across Southern Italy.

Handmade pasta will be central to the Casa Felicia menu, which’ll include dishes like:

  • puntarelle salad with colatura di alici
  • Felicia’s lasagna
  • linguine alla nerano
  • ziti alla Genovese
  • whole turbot
  • babà Napoletano
  • pastieria

The wine list, heavily Italian, will feature a mixture of natural and classic bottles, with Campari-based cocktails and other spritzes also on the drinks menu.

Speaking about the opening, founder Romain Bourrillon said: “Queen’s Park has such a special energy right now. It’s no longer just a neighbourhood but a destination for food and community. With Casa Felicia, I wanted to create somewhere that feels both familiar and inspiring, a place where people can gather, share great food and feel at home.”
