Following many months of teasers, rumors, and speculation, Samsung finally made the Galaxy XR headset official in October. It only became available to order in the US and Korea at that time.
If you’re located elsewhere, fret not, however, for this limited availability won’t last very long. According to a new report, the Galaxy XR is headed to other markets in 2026.
It will allegedly land in Germany, France, Canada, and the UK next. The list may not be final, however, so things could still change, and unfortunately there’s no release date to speak of for any of these countries – in fact, timeline-wise, there’s nothing less vague than “next year” at the moment, unfortunately.
Still, it seems like availability is set to expand slowly, so if you’re in Europe or Canada, it might pay to wait some more for the first Android XR-powered headset. We’ll let you know when we find out more.
