Fifth-generation family-owned San Francisco chocolate maker Guittard is coming to London for just one weekend this festive season with a pop-up at Miel in Fitzrovia. The Guittard team will be baking up a range of chocolate-based pastries with Miel founder Shaheen Peerbhai and her team, including Dark Chocolate & Pistachio Bûche De Noël (a light chocolate Swiss roll sponge, layered with pistachio paste and pistachio crème mousseline, and coated with a dark chocolate Guittard 72% Coucher Du Soleil ganache), Chocolate Choux Buns, Triple Chocolate Brownies and Chocolate Dipped Brown Butter & Tonka Madeleines. The specials will be available from 10am until they sell out, so get down there early if you want to get your hands on some – plus, you’ll get free hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies while you wait.
