I love the design and flexibility. The fabric is smooth and soft on the skin. You can use it either hot or cold, just make sure to use the bag it comes in when placing it in the freezer. It’s s great for tension headaches too. I like how it puts light pressure around your whole head. It’s very comfortable and you can sleep in it. The size is perfect. For me, It fits tight enough to relieve pressure from a throbbing headache but not enough to hurt. I would say it’s very effective and so worth the money!
The fabric is very soft and feels great when you put it on with a slight compression and thus leaving you in complete darkness. Overall the product is good and when I have those endless migraine days the cooler bag I keep it in and put it on fits me perfectly and I get great relief. It stays cold for a long period of time and that makes my migraine better.
The compression cap is made of good-quality material. It has great compression and provides cooling relief for my headaches. It couldn’t be easier to use. It fits me and my husband. The design blocks all light and the nose opening allows you to pull it down to completely cover your eyes. I highly recommend it for relieving a simple headache, relaxing or just sleeping.
