Police are on the lookout for four men who attacked a man and woman in Brooklyn while shouting anti-Palestinian slurs.
The suspects — who are pictured in surveillance footage with hair and clothes typically worn by men in the Orthodox Jewish community — were arguing with the couple on Flatbush Ave. Extension near Myrtle Ave. when they launched the disturbing attack around 11:57 p.m. on Oct. 25, cops said.
The belligerents spewed racist remarks as they punched both victims in the face multiple times, cops said.
The 32-year-old woman suffered a serious eye injury, and the 31-year-old man was left with a gash on his face following the assault, said police.
Medics took both victims to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, cops said.
The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force will investigate the incident.
Anyone with information that could lead police to the suspects is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stopper’s Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
