Shrimps is known for doing one of the best sample sales in London and the brand is back with another epic one this March, taking over The Music Room in Mayfair. The sale is only running for one day, Thurs 13th March, but it’s an all day affair kicking off at 8.30am with last entry at 7.45pm. We don’t know exactly what discounts Shrimps will be offering but expect healthy reductions on samples, one-offs and archive pieces, including outerwear, ready-to-wear, bags, accessories and a very limited selection of baby wear, with all sizes being featured in the sale.
Founded by Hannah Weiland in 2013, Shrimps first became known for its colourful faux fur coats and faux pearl bags but the brand’s offering has since expanded to a full ready-to-wear range that includes playful knits, feminine dresses, silky blouses and patterned trousers. There’s even a Shrimps bridal collection featuring pearl jewellery, beaded bags and romantic dresses, and a baby and kids range with the most adorable knitted bloomers, cardigans and blankets.
There’s no need to sign up for entry to this sale, so be prepare to queue, and only card payments will be accepted. Given that it’s only on for one day, we’d say get down as early as you can to snag the best bits.
