All she wants for Christmas is… a London outpost, apparently. For the first time ever, Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar is crossing the pond, bringing the Queen of Christmas’s famously over-the-top festive pop-up to the O2 from 19th November. After three years stateside, London joins the line-up as the experience goes international for its biggest, most Mariah-fied season yet.
Expect a fully decorated holiday oasis dripping in wall-to-wall, Mariah-inspired décor. There are festive photo ops recreating her most iconic Christmas moments (Santa’s Sleigh included), a “Queen of Christmas” homage, a signature award wall and album-backdrop recreations, plus the chance to write a letter to Mariah herself. Naturally, her hits soundtrack the whole thing – yes, that one on loop – with festive cocktails and à la carte brunch served every weekend if you want to make a proper event of it. If this sounds like you’re idea of holiday heaven, then A) you’re bonkers and B) you’ll wanna join the waitlist.
