Forget a tray of food dropped off at your door, The Pem in Bed experience brings all the elements of Sally Abé’s restaurant, including tailored service, a beautifully laid table, sommelier recommendations and three courses of restaurant-quality dishes, right to your room. The menu, served with a curated wine pairing, includes dishes like:
- Jerusalem artichoke royale with pickled trompette mushrooms and chestnut
- smoked Lake District bread with celeriac remoulade, bitter leaves and grape molasses
- poached Cornish cod with roast cauliflower, hazelnut pesto and white wine velouté
- roast sirloin of Jersey beef with red onion tartlet, pickled pear and toasted walnut
- lemon meringue with yoghurt sorbet, caramelised white chocolate and hazelnut
- macerated prune & armagnac tart with milk ice cream
