The flames are being stoked once again as Meatopia On-Fire London returns for another unforgettable four-day celebration of fire-cooked food. Revered by food lovers and chefs alike, the festival gathers top-tier culinary talent from across the UK, Europe and beyond. Every dish served at Meatopia is created exclusively for the event. This offers attendees the rare opportunity to taste one-of-a-kind creations that won’t be found again. With menus kept under wraps until the event itself, Meatopia continues to be the ultimate destination for food adventurers.
This year’s festival promises another epic showcase, and a preview of the lineup is here. Among the names lighting up the grills are Elliot Hashtroudi of Camille, barbecue authority Richard Turner of Bodean’s, Ruben Dawnay of Ruben’s Reubens, and chefs Marie Mitchell, Gorka, and Rasheed Philips. Black Bear Burger joins the action, alongside pastry powerhouses Isabel Coss and Valerie Chang. Expect the usual blend of bold flavours, ice-cold drinks and vibrant entertainment. All while staying true to Josh Ozersky’s founding values of sustainability, ethics and incredible taste.
