INKO NITO, the younger, more playful little sister to Roka and Zuma, is known for its buzzy atmosphere, theatrical open grill and unconventional Japanese robatayaki menu. As well as dishes like the INKO TACO with salmon and yellowtail tartare, Korean fried cauliflower maki, bone marrow with garlic toast, and beef sando with truffle cheese, it includes Palomita and Ichigo Negroni cocktails on tap.
Now you can have a go in the INKO NITO kitchen as we’re hosting an exclusive temaki-making masterclass at the restaurant for our INSIDERS on Sat 18th October. During the session, you’ll learn how to hand roll like a pro, making California (crab, avocado & wasabi tobiko), spicy tuna, salmon & avocado, and chirashi (with salmon, yellowtail, shiso & umeboshi) temaki, which you’ll get to enjoy with a welcome drink.
